
Hospital Closes Quality Week With Interactive Celebration and Community Engagement
Quality Week at the hospital concluded today with a vibrant celebration in the main lobby, where patients, visitors, and staff took part in a series of interactive activities designed to highlight the importance of excellence in healthcare.
The hospital’s Quality Department hosted an engaging booth filled with trivia games, mini-quizzes, and open conversations aimed at educating the public on quality standards, patient safety, and continuous improvement. Participants also enjoyed small giveaways as they moved through the displays.
One of the most popular features was the “Jar of Kindness,” an initiative that encouraged attendees to write short notes of appreciation, encouragement, or gratitude. These heartfelt messages will be shared with various departments across the hospital to uplift staff members who work daily to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care.
