Motorist Hospitalised After Pickup Overturns on Pares Main Road

A man is receiving medical treatment after the pickup truck he was driving overturned along the Pares Main Road on Sunday afternoon.

The driver, who was the sole occupant of a Mazda pickup, was travelling from west to east when he apparently lost control of the vehicle. The truck slammed into a culvert before flipping onto its roof.

Emergency responders from the Parham Police Station and the Emergency Medical Services quickly arrived on the scene

The injured motorist was stabilised and transported to the hospital. His condition is not known at this time.

The crash occurred shortly after 1 p.m. Investigations into the incident are ongoing.

  3. Here we go again! The “victim” should be ordered to pay for the cost of repairs of the damage and inconvenience caused. Obeying the country’s speed limits would NOT have caused such an horrific accident He/She seems to have been traveling alone. Thank God!

  5. The police needs to monitor pares main road because the drivers seem too forget that they are driving tru a village!But God forbid any driver hitting anybody from pares because you wouldn’t be calling police that’s for sure!!!
