
Syrian Restaurant Owner Hospitalized After Robbery and Shooting in Pares
A Syrian national is nursing gunshot wounds at the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre following a robbery at his restaurant in Pares Village on Thursday night.
The injured man, who owns Habile Restaurant located along the Pares Main Road, was reportedly attacked during the late-night hours when armed assailants carried out a robbery at the business establishment. Details surrounding the incident remain limited as investigations continue.
Emergency services were summoned, and the victim was transported to hospital, where he remains under medical care. His current condition has not been officially disclosed.
