Opposition Leader Jamale Pringle has been released without charge after several hours of questioning at police headquarters on Boxing Day.

Pringle was summoned to assist investigators probing the destruction of APUA telecommunications pipes and related materials at Morris Bay, an incident that disrupted ongoing work connected to the subsea cable project.

His attorneys confirmed that Pringle fully complied with the inquiry and addressed all questions put forward by investigators. They emphasized that at this stage, he has not been accused or charged with any offence.
