Antigua’s signature neo-soul live music experience, SOOTHE, will return to the stage on March 21, 2026, celebrating its 10th installation with a landmark edition titled CONTINUUM.
The event takes place at the AUA Conference Center, with doors opening at 7:00 p.m., promising an evening rooted in artistry, atmosphere, and authentic connection.
Since its inception a decade ago, SOOTHE has carved out a distinctive space within Antigua and Barbuda’s cultural landscape. Known for its intimate blend of neo-soul, jazz, spoken word, live instrumentation, and conscious lyricism, the platform has steadily evolved while remaining firmly grounded in community and creative integrity.
The 2026 theme, CONTINUUM, reflects that journey. Rather than signaling reinvention, the theme speaks to progression without rupture—growth shaped by experience, memory, and shared moments. SOOTHE, its organizers say, does not reset with each edition; instead, it builds—layering sound, rhythm, and intention into an ever-deepening artistic narrative.
This year’s milestone also carries added significance following SOOTHE’s three-year pandemic-induced hiatus. Its return to live performance in 2023 reaffirmed the event’s cultural relevance and enduring resonance among audiences seeking meaningful, immersive musical experiences. CONTINUUM now stands as both reflection and momentum—honouring where the journey began while confidently embracing what lies ahead.
Patrons can expect a thoughtfully curated programme featuring a mix of returning favourites and emerging voices, seamlessly woven together through live performance and mood. True to its ethos, SOOTHE 2026 will prioritize connection over spectacle, presence over excess, and artistry over trend.
As SOOTHE enters its second decade, CONTINUUM serves as a quiet but powerful reminder that the most meaningful cultural movements are not abrupt or loud—they are lived, felt, and carried forward, one soulful note at a time.

I’ve never been but I’ve heard it’s a good event
SOOTHE is therapy in musical form. The name still fits.
