Opposition Leader and Parliamentary Representative for All Saints East and St. Luke, Jamale Pringle, says residents should “get prepared to make the change” that he believes Antigua and Barbuda is “crying for.”

Pringle made the remarks while addressing supporters during a virtual rally on Tuesday night. He argued that the country has reached a troubling point in its history, claiming that Antigua and Barbuda is no longer trusted by friendly governments and that citizens are being kept in the dark about negotiations that could shape the nation’s future.

According to Pringle, transparency and accountability are lacking, and he warned that decisions are being made without adequate public consultation. He said the situation underscores the need for political change and urged residents to remain engaged and vigilant about the country’s direction.
