The commendations were issued during Wednesday’s Cabinet meeting, chaired by Prime Minister the Hon. Gaston Browne, where members also extended congratulations to Daryll Matthew, Minister responsible for Festivals, for his leadership in overseeing the event.

Cabinet noted that the seamless operations, strong public turnout, high-quality performances, and overall positive atmosphere reflected clear vision, effective leadership, and meticulous preparation across all levels of the organizing structure.

Beyond entertainment, Cabinet emphasized that the One Nation Music Festival powerfully embodied the spirit of unity and national pride for which it was named.

The event not only celebrated music and culture, but also showcased Antigua and Barbuda’s capacity to deliver world-class cultural experiences while strengthening community cohesion and enhancing the country’s reputation as a premier destination for entertainment and culture.

Cabinet also expressed sincere gratitude to the general public for their enthusiastic support, which contributed significantly to the vibrant energy and overall success of the festival. Appreciation was further extended to service providers, security personnel, vendors, technicians, artists, volunteers, and support staff, whose professionalism and cooperation ensured a safe, well-managed, and enjoyable experience for all in attendance.

Cabinet concluded that the collective efforts behind the One Nation Music Festival underscored the importance of partnership, excellence, and national pride in the successful delivery of major events in Antigua and Barbuda.
