Police Seize Gas Cylinders and Other Items in Multi‑Community Search

During a series of search operations conducted on Monday night, law enforcement officials seized several LPG propane gas cylinders along with various other items of interest.

Search Operations Details

Officers from the Langfords Police Station and the Special Services Unit (SSU) executed multiple search warrants across several communities, including:

  • Skerritt’s Pasture

  • Cedar Grove

  • North Sound Extension

Items Seized

The police collected the following items at a property in Skerritt’s Pasture:

  • Three (3) 100-pound LPG propane gas cylinders

  • One (1) 20-pound gas cylinder

  • One (1) green and white spray can

  • One (1) Makita power saw

  • One (1) pair of Nike Air Force sneakers

  • One (1) black hoodie

  • Fifteen (15) cutting discs

  • Two (2) gas regulators with hoses

Ongoing Investigations

Several individuals are currently assisting the police in their investigations, including:

  • A 29-year-old from Skerritt’s Pasture

  • A 28-year-old from Cedar Grove

  • A 27-year-old from North Sound Extension

  • An 18-year-old from Liberta

Investigations into this matter are still ongoing.

Meanwhile, authorities urge anyone who may have had LPG propane gas cylinders stolen to contact the Langfords Police Station at 562-5730 or the Parham Police Station at 463-2060.
