violence everywhere. help our young people.
Hope he pulls through.
It really make you think we need to step up, more awareness, more support for youth, and ways to prevent this kind of violence before it happen. Nobody should have to go through something like that at their age.
do we have an update on the kid?
smh MORE VIOLENCE
The world needs more love
Lives dont matter anymore..especially black lives
Everytime I hear about teenager being stabbed in remember that young cricketer
And sometimes when you hear what them man was beefing over is nothing
As a mother, this one really hurt my heart.
These are children. Somebody’s son is lying in a hospital bed fighting through pain, and somewhere else another mother is sitting down trying to understand how her child ended up in something so violent. No mother raises her son expecting a phone call like that.
Perry Bay is supposed to be a place where young people lime, laugh and enjoy themselves not where blood gets spilled. Four stab wounds? That’s serious. That’s not a little scuffle gone wrong. That is anger that went too far.
I’m praying for the young man who is recovering. I pray God covers him and gives him strength to heal — physically and mentally. And I’m praying for the other family too, because this situation will follow them for a long time. When our children make one bad decision in a hot moment, it can change everybody life forever.
We really have to start checking in on our sons. Talk to them. Listen to them. Teach them how to walk away. Pride and ego not worth prison or cemetery.
As mothers in Antigua, we can’t just shake we head and move on. This could be any one of our children. It’s time we guide them stronger, love them harder, and remind them that one minute of anger can bring a lifetime of regret.
