14-year-old Chamalla Frater
The search for 14-year-old Chamalla Frater has ended with relief after the teenager was found safe.
Frater, a Jamaican national, had been reported missing after she was last seen in the Grays Farm area on Saturday evening, sparking widespread concern among family members and the wider community.
Given that she is unfamiliar with Antigua and Barbuda, fears for her safety had intensified as loved ones appealed urgently for assistance in locating her.
Family members have since confirmed that Chamalla has been located. While details surrounding the circumstances of her disappearance have not been disclosed, her safe return has brought much-needed comfort to those who had been anxiously searching for her.
Relatives have expressed heartfelt gratitude to members of the public who shared information and offered support during the ordeal.

This is the best news we could wake up to. Thank God she’s safe. My heart was heavy reading the first reports because she’s just 14 and in a country she doesn’t even know. That must have been terrifying for her and her family. I hope this situation brings awareness to how vulnerable our young people can be. Hug your children tight when they wake up, before they leave for school, after you take them to school or the bus stop (if you do), after they reach home or you reach home and before bed!!
I am so relieved! She could have been my grandchild! For God’s mercy e nature’s forever!
Thank God she’s safe. That’s all that matters. 🙏
Belly Full you come back home. Sickening
lol until she goes again.
