Leonid Radvinsky, the billionaire owner of OnlyFans, has died at the age of 43 following a private battle with cancer, the company announced.
Bluntly, OnlyFans is a platform where many creators sell adult content nudity, sexual videos, and explicit material directly to subscribers. Users pay monthly fees, tips, or one-time charges to view that content.
In a statement, the subscription-based platform—known for allowing creators to earn income through exclusive content, including adult material—said Radvinsky “passed away peacefully” and asked for privacy for his family.
Radvinsky, a Ukrainian-American entrepreneur, acquired Fenix International, the parent company of OnlyFans, in 2018.
He served as majority shareholder and director, overseeing the platform’s rapid global expansion and transformation into a multibillion-dollar business.
Despite his immense wealth, Radvinsky maintained a low public profile. His illness was not widely known.
He was also a notable supporter of medical research, particularly cancer-related initiatives, contributing millions to advance treatment and scientific development.
Radvinsky’s leadership helped reshape the digital content economy, positioning OnlyFans as a dominant force in subscription-based online platforms.
