Newly elected Member of Parliament for St. Philip’s North, Randy Baltimore, delivered a confident and forward-looking debut in the Lower House on Friday, promising to bring visible, accountable and results-driven leadership to his constituency.
Speaking moments after taking his seat, Baltimore made it clear that his approach to representation would go beyond political appearances.
“Leadership is not about being seen. It is about serving,” he declared, setting the tone for what he described as a people-first agenda rooted in consistent engagement and delivery.
Baltimore, who secured victory in the March 16 by-election, said the message from constituents was unmistakable—people want leadership that is present, accessible and effective long after the campaign season ends.
He emphasized that he intends to remain deeply connected to the needs of residents, noting that listening will remain central to his leadership style.
“I heard them then. I hear them now, and I will continue to hear them tomorrow,” he told Parliament.
Framing his role as one grounded in responsibility rather than title, Baltimore underscored that promises alone would not define his tenure—results would.
“The people did not send me here to warm a seat. They sent me here to work,” he said firmly.
The new MP outlined key priorities for St. Philip’s North, including environmental stewardship, youth development, infrastructure upgrades, and community safety. He pledged to push for cleaner and healthier communities, expanded opportunities for young people, and meaningful improvements to residents’ quality of life.
Baltimore also pointed to early progress across the constituency, noting that all villages have already begun to see attention, but stressed that the work is far from complete.
“We will continue to advocate for better roads, improved drainage, safer surroundings, and stronger community development,” he said.
With a tone of determination, Baltimore assured Parliament that the voices of St. Philip’s North would be consistently heard in the nation’s highest decision-making body.
He ended his address with a call for unity and collective effort, expressing confidence that, with support from Parliament, the government, and the people, the constituency will become “safer, stronger, more prosperous, and secure.”
“The work continues. The mission is clear, and I am ready,” Baltimore concluded.

So we are going here; his total assets are worth millions of dollars by the end of this year.
O am confident that he will deliver what he proposes
