The Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP) is gearing up for what is expected to be a high-energy show of political strength this Sunday as it stages its “Red & Reddy” megacade across the island.

The event, scheduled for Sunday, April 26, will begin at 11:00 a.m. from the Rising Sun Grounds, with organisers promising a vibrant, island-wide mobilisation of supporters.

Party officials say the megacade will travel through multiple communities, bringing campaign momentum directly to voters ahead of the April 30 general election. The initiative forms part of the ABLP’s broader strategy to energise its base and maintain visibility in the critical final stretch of the campaign.

Supporters are expected to turn out in large numbers, dressed in the party’s signature red, waving flags, and accompanying the convoy as it moves across constituencies. Promotional material for the event highlights a festive atmosphere, featuring music trucks, branded vehicles, and coordinated displays of party solidarity.

The event will also prominently feature campaign messaging in support of Political Leader Gaston Browne, with visuals encouraging voters to back his leadership at the polls.
