Charles ‘Max’ Fernandez has successfully retained the St. John’s Rural North seat for the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP) following Thursday’s General Elections.

Fernandez emerged victorious over Malaka Parker of the United Progressive Party (UPP), securing another term in what was a closely watched contest.

Early results pointed to a solid performance by the incumbent, whose campaign emphasized continuity and development within the constituency.

His victory reinforces the ABLP’s footing in the St. John’s area as results continue to come in from across the country.
