Other talented young men, especially in Antigua and Barbuda, need to follow his example. My son was a good artist during his teens. He could look at something or a landscape, and lie in his bed and draw it, colour it, and it looked like the real thing. He was introduced to drugs by some so-called schoolmates. Today, at the age of 42, he is heavily hooked on drugs and alcohol. The majority of those same friends are doing well with their lives. I have tried to seek help from spiritual and psychological personnel. I was told that if my son can’t admit he has a problem and needs help, there isn’t much they can do to help him. Right now, after all these years, I am still trusting God for a miracle.

This is by far the best part of the stream! Antigua youths have such amazing talents and I feel like our leaders are not giving them the exposure! They struggle to get that exposure on their own and I’m so happy to see a young person supporting another young person by making a story out of this moment. This is what we need in our society amongst our youths today. This is talent!
