
DOMINICA: Nine Buildings Destroyed in Massive Fire; UPP Leader Joshua Francis’ Office Among Structures Lost
A devastating fire tore through parts of Roseau, Dominica, in the early hours of Wednesday morning, destroying nine buildings and leaving significant damage in the capital city.
Among the structures engulfed by the blaze was the office of United Workers Party Leader and attorney Joshua Francis.
