Police are continuing investigations into an alleged building breaking and larceny at a business establishment on Lower All Saints Road, where several stolen items were recovered shortly after the incident.

According to the Office of Strategic Communications (STRATCOM), officers of the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda responded around 3:00 a.m. on Friday, May 29, after receiving a report of a break-in in progress at the location.

On arrival, officers reportedly observed three male suspects dressed in dark clothing exiting the building. The men, described as two individuals approximately six feet tall and another about five feet eight inches tall, fled the scene in separate directions before they could be apprehended.

Investigators say the suspects had removed a number of items from the premises, including eleven 43-inch JVC televisions, one 32-inch Royal television, two drills, a tool kit, and a power vacuum cleaner. However, all of the stolen property was later recovered just outside the building.

Police say the circumstances surrounding the break-in remain under active investigation as officers work to identify and locate the suspects involved.

The Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda is appealing to members of the public who may have information that could assist the investigation to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913/14 or Crime Stoppers at 800-TIPS (8477).

  1. So you mean police saw the men in action and they still manage to escape?
I would have been ashamed to even publish that
