The Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority (ABTA) has officially opened applications for artists, creatives and experience partners to participate in the fourth edition of Antigua and Barbuda Art Week, scheduled for November 11 to 18, 2026.

The annual, destination-wide celebration of visual arts, culture and creativity is inviting both emerging and established artists to help shape this year’s programme, which continues to grow as one of the country’s premier cultural tourism events.

Marketing Communications Manager at the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority, Maria Blackman, said Art Week has become an important platform for showcasing the country’s artistic talent while strengthening the link between culture and tourism.

“Antigua and Barbuda Art Week has become an important platform for showcasing the incredible talent within our destination while deepening the connection between art, culture and tourism,” Blackman said.

“We invite artists and creatives from across Antigua and Barbuda to join us as we continue to grow Art Week into an unforgettable celebration of creativity that reflects the essence of our twin-island paradise.”

The Tourism Authority is encouraging visual artists working in painting, photography, mixed media, textile art, digital art and other disciplines to register their interest in exhibiting during the week-long event.

In addition to exhibitions, the Authority is seeking expressions of interest from artists, creative entrepreneurs, organisations and venues interested in hosting official satellite events.

These may include workshops, open studios, live performances, fashion shows and other creative experiences designed to engage both residents and visitors.

Officials say the expanded programme will continue to highlight Antigua and Barbuda’s vibrant creative sector while offering authentic cultural experiences that enhance the destination’s tourism product.

Applications are open through July 30, 2026. Registered participants will receive additional information on exhibition requirements, artwork submission deadlines and event guidelines.

The complete programme for Antigua and Barbuda Art Week 2026 will be announced in the coming months.
