Newly Crowned Queen of Carnival Zaine Frederick to Represent Antigua and Barbuda at Miss Caribbean Culture Queen
Just days after capturing the Queen of Carnival 2026 crown, Zaine Frederick is preparing to represent Antigua and Barbuda on the regional stage as the country’s delegate to the Bank of Nevis Miss Caribbean Culture Queen Pageant.
Frederick, who also holds the title of Miss St. John’s Rural West, will compete against delegates from across the Caribbean while showcasing Antigua and Barbuda’s culture, talent, and national pride.
A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, specializing in Entrepreneurship, Frederick has built her career around business and community empowerment. She is the founder of Beauty Mark by Zaine, a venture that reflects her passion for entrepreneurship and personal development.
As part of her participation in the regional competition, Frederick will promote her platform, Beyond the Dream, an initiative focused on empowering young girls through entrepreneurship, leadership development, mentorship, financial literacy, and cosmetology training. The programme aims to equip participants with practical skills while encouraging confidence, independence, and personal growth.
Outside of business, Frederick has maintained an active presence in sports and the performing arts. She is a former netball and basketball player and an avid steel pan musician, experiences she says have helped shape her discipline and appreciation for the rich cultural heritage of Antigua and Barbuda.
Guided by her Christian faith, Frederick has consistently expressed a desire to inspire others by leading with compassion, integrity, and purpose. She hopes her journey will encourage young women to pursue their ambitions while making meaningful contributions to their communities.
Her appearance at the Bank of Nevis Miss Caribbean Culture Queen Pageant comes on the heels of her recent Queen of Carnival victory, where she impressed judges with her poise, intelligence, and stage presence.
Frederick is expected to join contestants from across the region as they compete for the coveted Caribbean title while serving as ambassadors for their respective countries. Antigua and Barbuda will be looking to her to continue the nation’s proud tradition of strong performances in regional pageantry.
