Ervin Jacobs of Potters
Ervin Jacobs of Potters Village has been remanded to His Majesty’s Prison after pleading guilty to ammunition and drug possession charges.
Jacobs appeared before Chief Magistrate Emanuel at the St John’s Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, August 25.
He was charged with unlawfully possessing seven rounds of .22LR ammunition, along with 56 grams of cannabis and possession of the drug with intent to sell.
He also faced separate charges of unlawfully possessing 58 grams of cannabis and possessing the drug with intent to sell.
The Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda confirmed on Wednesday that Jacobs pleaded guilty to the charges and was subsequently remanded to prison.

Does pleading guilty lessen his sentence?
