The media community in Dominica and the employees at Discover Dominica Authority are in a state of shock and mourning.
Elias Dupuis tragically drowned at Titou Gorge earlier today.
He was enjoying a day at the lake with his wife, Lily, and other loved ones.
Dupuis was highly regarded and beloved in Dominica, having worked with the Electoral Commission and Discover Dominica Authority.
Additionally, he was a skilled photographer and co-owner of 365 Group Inc.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family and friends.
