Anthony Smith welcomed by ABLP members on the day of his swearing in.

Attorneys associated with the United Progressive Party (UPP) have announced their intention to take legal action against Anthony Smith following his sudden departure from the party.

Smith’s unexpected resignation has sent shockwaves through the political arena. Attorney Sherfield Bowen and Former Attorney General Justin Simon revealed during a radio broadcast that the party is pursuing legal recourse against Smith.

They are examining specific sections of the constitution that address the resignation of a party member, particularly in relation to serving as an independent Member of Parliament while concurrently holding a government ministry position.

In response, Lionel Hurst, the prime minister’s chief of staff, said the government consulted with two constitutional lawyers before proceeding with Smith’s appointment, expressing confidence in the legality of their decision.

Smith is reportedly preparing a statement in response to the latest announcement from the party.

Both lawyers are foolishly under the spell of the Jezebel man-cow and HER evel ways. Bitter, bad minded and vindictive set of demons.

Cutie Benjamin is the head of the court system in Antigua and Barbuda. This lawsuit is going nowhere, either thrown out of the court or grant victory to Anthony Smith. The UPP win this lawsuit, the case has to be heard in the The Privy Council (United Kingdom—England).
