LIAT (2020) Announces Inaugural Flight to Grenada on September 21st, 2024

LIAT 2020 is excited to announce the launch of its inaugural flight to Grenada, expanding its growing network of Caribbean destinations.

The inaugural flight is set to take off from Antigua on September 21st, 2024, marking a new chapter in LIAT 2020’s commitment to connecting the Caribbean and enhancing regional travel.

This new service will provide seamless travel options for passengers between Antigua, Barbados, St. Lucia, and Grenada.

Passengers onboard the inaugural flight will enjoy a special welcome, complete with a water cannon salute, upon landing in Grenada.

An official reception hosted at the Maurice Bishop International Airport will follow with local dignitaries, airport authorities and representatives from the Grenada Tourism Authority in attendance.

LIAT (2020)’s addition of Grenada to its route network aligns with the airline’s goal of providing more accessible and efficient connections between key Caribbean islands. This service not only enhances opportunities for inter-island travel but also reinforces the importance of regional connectivity for business, leisure, and tourism development.

Tickets for the new Antigua-Grenada route are available now through the LIAT (2020) website, the Customer Experience Centre and travel agencies. Passengers are encouraged to book early as seats are limited for this inaugural flight.
