A customer who usually patronizes a local Chinese food franchise could take his concerns Central Board of Health on Tuesday after he videotaped how food was being prepared in a kitchen owned and operated by Chinese nationals.

As seen in this video, one of the men preparing food was only wearing his underpants.

Perhaps the kitchen was hot or maybe he had just stepped out of the shower. Whichever way, it is against the health standards of Antigua and Barbuda to prepare food without the proper attire.
