CIBC First Caribbean celebrate their clients

Published

CIBC FirstCaribbean in Antigua joined branches across the region in celebrating its Clients Appreciation Day on Thursday 22nd September 2022. After a two-year interruption due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the bank, once again, was able to toast and thank clients in person.

Clients were welcomed by members of management and staff as they entered the bank which was specially decorated to add an extra special welcome atmosphere for clients. There were giveaways at the branch throughout the day as staff thanked clients for choosing them as their financial partners.

Country Manager Ladesa James-Williams noted that this annual event was a great way of recognizing an essential contributor to the bank’s success – “our clients, who are the reason we come into work every day. In fact, our theme this year says it all – You inspire us to be 1st.”

Mrs. James-Williams added that it was very important to always say thanks and show appreciation as without loyal and satisfied customers no business could survive.

“We want them to know that we understand that they have a choice in their financial services provider, and appreciate that they have made us their bank of choice.”

Bank staff also visited some of their business and corporate clients to express their appreciation.
