ANR and ABN to apologize to the court
Antiguanewsroom and Antigua Breaking News, two online news platforms in Antigua and Barbuda have been ordered by the court to apologize for publishing sensitive information on their websites.
The court had ordered a subpoena to show up in court to answer charges after they were both accused of publishing privileged information about the Milkhail Gomes murder case.
In 2018 Gomes was accused and subsequently charged with killing Vincia James, with whom he reportedly had a romantic relationship with
is accused of killing his ex-girlfriend, Vincia James, back in 2018.
The judge’s decision was handed down in court on Thursday morning
