Police in Dominica have alerted lawmen in Antigua and Barbuda and other neighboring islands that they should look out for Joewin Thomas of Highland Grand Bay who is wanted in connection with a shooting in that community recently.
Thomas is believed to be a flight risk and there have also been suggestions that he may have fled the country illegally.
On January 28th, Joewin allegedly shot 55-year-old Thomas Dangleben
The incident which is said to have occurred sometime in the evening on the day of that community’s carnival opening left Dangleben nursing injuries at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital (DCFH).
The police have since deemed Thomas a flight risk and say he may attempt to or may have left the country illegally.
