Morrisa Henry of Golden Grove, an employee of Carlisle Bay is currently undergoing surgery at the Sir Lester Bird Medical Center after she was shot three times by another man.
Her boyfriend, who was also in her company at the time was shot several times according to reports.
Henry received bullet wounds to her chest and stomach. They were on the hotel’s compound when the incident occurred.
According to police reports, the shooting happened in Old Road around 11:30 pm on Tuesday 11 April.
Police Public Relations Officer Inspector Frankie Thomas said in a report that the circumstances surrounding the incident are unclear; however, both victims were taken to the hospital with multiple wounds.
The doctors at the hospital said they are both in stable condition.
Two men are assisting the police with their investigations.
The police are appealing to anyone with information surrounding this incident to contact the Bolans Police Station at 462-1080
