  3. These minors need to be tried as adults or the parents held fully accountable for the actions of their dependents.
This is not a one time behaviour problem. To be able to do something like this it must be that either something is mentally wrong with the individuals or they have total disregard for laws, authority and common decency.
If your child is uncontrollable or a menace to society let there be a system where they are signed over to the state so that they can be raised and educated properly to be law abiding citizens. Failure to do so should result in the parents being punished.
But this isn’t a free ride to have children and push them on to someone else. Checks would have to be put into place to prevent that.

  4. I’m sure it’s the same young boys from the clarehall village. They have been terrorizing people and their homes and stealing animals. Been calling the police about these boys for months and nothing. And I do know they are always on friars hill road so I will not doubt it is them, all 5 of them and it’s usually more of them.

  5. What are the parents of this 13 year old teaching or not teaching this child?

Parents with unruly children at this age should be investigated, wether or not they are scolding and teaching their children the correct growing up mannerisms and respect.

If they are found guilty of not teaching their children accordingly, then they should be prosecuted as accomplices.
