Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority is excited to announce its collaboration with CBS Broadcasting Inc. for the upcoming season 3 of the hit reality series Secret Celebrity Renovation. Antigua and Barbuda will be featured in the first full episode, which is set to premiere on August 4, 2023, in the US.

Secret Celebrity Renovation is a highly popular American Reality Television Series that features celebrities from sports, music, and entertainment, who surprise meaningful people with home renovations. The show’s hosts for season 3 are Nichelle Turner, Sabrina Soto, and Rob Mariano.

The crew of the CBS Original Secret Celebrity Renovation visited Antigua in March and April of this year to surprise the St. John Hospice Centre with renovations. The St. John Hospice is a non-profit organization that provides home care in Antigua and is the only hospice located in the Eastern Caribbean.

The premiere episode will feature television personality Phil Keoghan, best known for hosting the American version of The Amazing Race on CBS. Keoghan, who spent most of his early childhood in Antigua, returned to the island to revisit places from his childhood memories and surprise his former neighbor with a major renovation to the local hospice center.

His vision was to create a remarkable and mega transformation of the St. John Hospice Centre.

Charles Fernandez, Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Transportation, and Investment, said, “Having our historic Shirley Heights and other iconic scenes from across the island as the backdrop for this meaningful episode will bring much exposure to the country, showing viewers what awaits them in Antigua and Barbuda.”
