It has been confirmed by the police that Josh Joyce, who had escaped from His Majesty’s Prison on Wednesday, has been recaptured.

Joyce, who hails from Villa, was held in the same community after 5 p.m. on Thursday. He was on remand for Larceny, Receiving, and Unlawful Possession charges.

He absconded from the prison between 5 pm and 10 pm on Wednesday. Escaping lawful custody will now be added to his list of offenses.
