A person said to be a suspect in the disappearance of Member of Parliament Phillip Paulwell’s daughter and her mother has been taken into custody.
Police sources report that the suspect, a woman, was apprehended on Thursday.
Paulwell’s 10-month-old daughter Sarayah and her mother, 27-year-old Toshyna Patterson, have been missing since September 8.
The politician said the two were seemingly abducted from their home at Gilmore Drive, Kingston 20, on the morning of September 9 and have not been seen or heard from since.
A $500,000 reward is offered for information that could lead to their safe return.
