On January 9, a ceremony to honor the life of Richardo Drue, renowned Soca Artiste, has been arranged by his family.

The ceremony will take place at the Holy Family Cathedral, and it is expected that both the government and opposition members will attend to pay their respects to the late artist.

On December 12, a close friend discovered Drue unresponsive at his home.

He was immediately rushed to the Sir Lester Bird Medical Center, where efforts to revive him were made, but unfortunately, they were unsuccessful, and he was pronounced dead.

It was a deeply saddening moment for his fans and loved ones, who have since been mourning his loss.
