Antigua and Barbuda, the twin-island destination, is all set to host its Wellness Month in January 2024.

The Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority is organizing the event that will offer visitors and residents a range of wellness experiences.

The month-long celebration will include carefully curated activities such as wellness retreats, spa experiences, hiking trail exploration, off-shore island excursions, yoga on secluded beaches, culturally immersive experiences, and healthy eating options.

Antigua and Barbuda’s natural beauty and skilled wellness service providers will offer an enriching experience for those seeking to improve their physical and mental well-being.

The event will also feature two exciting challenges – The Four Corners of Antigua and Barbuda Hiking Challenge and the 7 Minute Ice Bath Challenge.

The former will offer outdoor exploration within Antigua and Barbuda’s national parks and lush, rolling hills, while the latter will highlight the benefits of an ice bath.

Antigua and Barbuda Wellness Month has received positive feedback from wellness practitioners, including astronaut, wellness practitioner, and Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Brand Ambassador Keisha Schahaff.

She will offer twelve persons during the month complimentary access to her wellness retreat themed around discovering the power of space, wellness, and personal growth.

Overall, Antigua and Barbuda Wellness Month promises to be a rejuvenating experience for all those who participate.
