On Friday, Theo Walcott enjoyed the sun with his wife Melanie in Antigua – without a shirt on.

Theo and Melanie sunbathed played football on the beach and had a great time. For the beach day, Theo wore black board shorts and showed off his muscular frame, while his wife Melanie looked stunning in a mint green bikini.

She shielded her eyes with large sunglasses and flashed a big smile while paddling in the sea. After retiring from football, Theo still showed off his skills in a quick match on the beach.

The couple got married in Italy in 2013 and share two sons, Finley (9) and Arlo (7). He announced his retirement from sports last summer after being a Premier League regular since 2006.

Despite feeling excited about new opportunities, Theo admitted that life after football is scary. In September, he made his debut as a pundit for Sky Sports Super Sunday.

Theo started his career at Southampton and made a headline-grabbing move to Arsenal in January 2006 when he was only 16. He was then called up to Sven Goran Eriksson’s England World Cup squad for the tournament in Germany without even making a first-team appearance for the Gunners.

When he made his debut at the age of 17 years and 75 days against Hungary in May 2006, he became the youngest player to appear for the Three Lions.

He played nearly 400 times for Arsenal, netting 108 goals and winning three FA Cups with the club. After moving to Everton in 2017, he returned to Southampton three years later.

Following the Saints’ relegation to the Championship, Walcott decided to retire. In total, he made 564 appearances in his professional career and scored 129 goals.

Theo and Melanie also went through a difficult time when their first child, Finley, was born, as he had to undergo surgery at eight weeks old to correct a heart defect.

However, he recovered fully, and the couple welcomed their second child, Arlo, around two years later.

Melanie previously revealed that she informed Theo she was pregnant with their second child on his 27th birthday. She described Theo as a real family man and an amazing dad who has lots of fun with Finley.
