Pearl Quinn Back on the Picket Line with Different Placard in Hand

You can now listen to Antigua News articles!

It seems like Pearl Quinn-Williams, the UPP’s caretaker for St Johns Rural North, has put her legal thinking cap on and switched up her placard game.

Looks like she’s no longer interested in playing a heated defamation game with Prime Minister Gaston Browne.

Browne is taking legal action against the feisty Quinn Williams after he claimed she and others defamed him in a placard at two protests against the government’s decision to transform Dunbars Agricultural Station into a housing development project.

But when Quinn-Williams appeared at the third protest outside the prime minister’s office this morning, she opted for a fresh placard.
