MBS Relocates Services for Building Refurbishment

1 March 2024 - 15:03

The Medical Benefit Scheme (MBS) has recently announced that three of its services will be relocated to facilitate upgrades to its administrative building on Nevis Street.

Effective from Friday, 1st March 2024, the Nevis Street Pharmacy Drop Off/Pick Up office will be moved to the Main Pharmacy on Nevis Street. Furthermore, the Cashier and Customer Service functions will be relocated to the ground floor of the Healthcare and Conference Building.

To ensure that beneficiaries and employers have convenient accessibility to Cashier and Customer Service functions, there are certain arrangements in place.

Employers and beneficiaries are encouraged to utilize the Nevis Street drop-box facility and online payment options. Completed contribution forms (R3As) can be emailed to [email protected].

Employers can make online payments using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via the online platforms of the Antigua Commercial Bank, CIBC Caribbean, and Community First Corporative Credit Union.

Employers can submit completed contribution forms (R3A) and cheques via the drop-box. However, cash payments cannot be facilitated via the drop-box.

Beneficiaries can also submit claim receipts via the drop-box. For claims submitted via the drop-box, beneficiaries should include their name, contact number, and preferred payment method (EFT, collect, or mail) on the claim receipt.
