Three women from Bishopgate Street who were recently arrested and charged for receiving stolen Wigs and other hair products appeared in court on Monday.

Over the Easter weekend, hair products worth over $100,000 were stolen from Everything Hair 268 on Old Parham Road.

The accused individuals were identified as Jashiene Green, Natherna Rodgers, and Moesha Wright.

According to police reports, a search warrant was executed on a Bishopgate Street property in the early hours of April 5.

All three were present at the time and were subsequently taken into custody for receiving the stolen items.

Green has been charged with receiving wigs worth a total of $2,120, while Rodgers and Wright were jointly charged for receiving a substantial quantity of wigs, hair accessories, hair appliances, etc all valued at around $127,000.

Green pleaded guilty to her charge and was fined $700 while the other two were placed on bail while they awaiting their committal hearing on July 10.
