Antigua wins St. Maarten Caribbean Carnival Queen pageant
Antigua’s Ischikelle Corbin triumphed in the St. Maarten Caribbean Carnival Queen pageant, showcasing her exceptional skill and talent throughout the competition.
She dominated in various segments, securing victories in best interview, swimwear, evening wear, and identical question categories. Best talent was captured by St. Maarten.
Corbin’s outstanding performance led her to claim the overall victory, with St. Lucia and St. Maarten securing the first and second runner-up positions respectively.
Competing against six other contestants from across the Caribbean, Corbin’s success in the regional competition follows a remarkable year in 2023, marked by her impressive performances in pageants, including Queen of Carnival and Jaycees Queen contests, where she consistently stood out and copped the top spots.
