National Poll Among Antiguan and Barbudan Students Starts Tomorrow

Published

The Steering Committee has been assigned the task of creating the National Students Council, and they are teaming up with U Report OECS to conduct a National Poll among the student population in Antigua & Barbuda.

The poll will be held from the 26th April 2024 to 3rd May 2024. The primary objective of the National Students Council will be to represent the student body and work towards enhancing and improving their conditions.

Additionally, the Council will provide the students with an open platform to voice their concerns regarding the state of education.

To gather students’ opinions on the Council’s structure, functions, and powers, a poll consisting of fifteen (15) short questions will be conducted.

It is essential to gather the thoughts of as many students as possible, and therefore, students aged 13 and above are being requested to register for the poll by sending a Whatsapp message ‘JOIN’ to 758-287-2124.

The opinions of students aged 12 and below will be collected through secure online polling.

All students are encouraged to participate in the poll and share their views, as this initiative aims to create a national voice for the students of Antigua & Barbuda.
