Police Commissioner Atlee Rodney

Prime Minister Gaston Browne says there has been no discussion about firing Commissioner of Police Atlee Rodney. Browne also confirmed that the top cop has not been sent on leave.

Online news reports indicate that the Commissioner has been sent on vacation, sparking rumors of imminent action regarding his tenure.

The outlet, which operates solely on Facebook, claims that a decision regarding the Commissioner’s continued service will be made before his return.

But PM Browne says that story was fabricated.

  2. I guess the Editor did not take any journalism courses. Integrity is EVERYTHING when you undertake the solemn responsibility of reporting the news. That stunt with the fabricated article about the disposed fetus, was a major faux pas!!! CREDIBILITY is everything in this industry, and once lost, it may NEVER be regained!!!
