The police have recently confiscated a number of electrical tools and building materials that they suspect may have been stolen from construction sites.

They are requesting assistance from members of the public to help identify these items.

Some of the items seized include a wheelbarrow, various construction tools, electrical wires, and a range of electrical tools. These items were recovered from different properties across the island during the execution of several search warrants.

A 36-year-old man is currently being held by the police for questioning in relation to the incident.

If you believe that you may have been the victim of theft, the police urge you to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913 or visit their office on Newgate Street.

In the meantime, the police are advising residents to ensure that their properties are properly secured at all times to prevent any potential thefts.
