A recent incident at His Majesty’s Prison has left one inmate hospitalized with serious injuries.

According to reports, Ricknaldo Isaac was involved in an altercation with another inmate and a prison guard which resulted in him being rushed to the hospital.

Isaac’s injuries are severe, and he may be at risk of being paralyzed from the chest down if he does not receive the necessary surgery.

His father has stated that he will need to seek medical care from an overseas expert. The incident reportedly occurred when Isaac was having a dispute with a fellow inmate who kicked a ball that hit him.

The dispute quickly became physical, and a prison guard intervened to separate the inmates.

Unfortunately, it was during this altercation that Isaac sustained his injuries and had to be rushed back to the hospital on the same day he was treated for an epileptic seizure.

The prison superintendent, Lt. Colonel Trevor Pennyfeather, has confirmed that the altercation did occur.

It is yet to be seen whether any charges will be filed against the other inmate or the prison guard involved in the incident.
