A waterspout was just spotted in the northern region of the island.

Description
Synopsis: Unstable weather conditions have resulted in waterspouts, which have been observed offshore of Hodges Bay.
The threat level to life, livelihood, property and infrastructure is moderate with the potential for significant impacts. A waterspout warning means that a waterspout was detected by radar or sighted by a credible source. They are usually issued for a duration of 30 minutes.
Potential Impacts: Injury or death; overturned and or damaged boats.
Instructions
If your spot one, exercise extreme caution and keep your distance or get out of the area. Immediately head at a 90-degree angle from the waterspout. Never try to navigate through a waterspout. Although waterspouts are usually weaker than tornadoes, they can still cause significant damage to you and your boat.
