Air conditioning units are being installed in government schools to help students cope with the heat. Older school buildings will be updated to accommodate the new units, with a focus on classrooms needing minimal adjustments.
Security cameras will also be installed in schools with higher rates of vandalism and break-ins. Also, the Boys Training School is close to opening after extensive renovations.
The facility will receive upgrades similar to other schools, including security cameras and air conditioning units.
