Prime Minister Gaston Browne said his beloved mother, Patricia Rose Richards, affectionately known as Patsy, was always held in high esteem by him and his sister, irrespective of her mental illness.
Browne delivered the eulogy at a ceremony to celebrate her life this afternoon.
He said his mother will be remembered as the “gem, our unsung hero and wind beneath our wings”
