In a spectacular display of skill and musicality, the Caribbean Union Bank Hellsgate Steel Orchestra has clinched the top spot, successfully defending their title. Their rendition of “Ah Love It Here” by Ricardo Drue captivated both the judges and the audience, securing their fifth championship. This remarkable achievement cements their status as the orchestra to beat in future competitions.
The silver medal went to the Original Steel Orchestra, who brought joy to the stage with their performance of “Happy Music,” also by Ricardo Drue. Their uplifting interpretation of the song resonated with the crowd and earned them a well-deserved second place finish.
Rounding out the podium in third place was the Crab Hole Liquors Panache Steel Orchestra. They too chose to perform “Ah Love It Here” by Ricardo Drue, demonstrating the song’s popularity and versatility. Their stylish rendition secured them the bronze position in this fiercely competitive event.
