A Tropical Storm Watch is also in effect for the British Virgin Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Vieques, and Culebra.

The warning means that tropical storm conditions are expected within 36 hours, while the watch indicates that tropical storm conditions are possible within 48 hours.
