The recent development involving a RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) lawsuit filed by Phillip Martinez, CEO of MSR Media, underscores the integrity of Antigua and Barbuda’s Citizenship by Investment Programme (CIP).

Martinez’s lawsuit targets several individuals, including former Prime Ministers, alleging a collusive racket related to Citizenship by Investment Programmes in St. Lucia and St. Kitts and Nevis.

One of the significant revelations from this lawsuit is that Antigua and Barbuda’s CIP is the only program of its kind that has not undersold citizenship under the legally stipulated price.

This finding suggests that Antigua and Barbuda has consistently maintained a credible, trustworthy, and reliable CIP.

By adhering strictly to its legal requirements, the country has avoided the issues that have plagued other similar programs, which speaks volumes about the integrity and governance of its CIP.

The fact that Antigua and Barbuda’s Citizenship by Investment Programme (CIP) has not engaged in underselling and maintains its integrity amidst the recent RICO lawsuit, suggests that it can withstand scrutiny from major international players, such as the United States and the European Union.
