POLICE ISSUE TRAFFIC ADVISORY AS A RESULT OF FLASH FLOOD WARNING

26 September 2024 - 16:39

Police are advising all motorists to drive with due care and attention on the roads across the island.

The advisory comes as a result of the Flash Flood Warning that is issued by the Antigua and Barbuda Meteorological Office earlier today.

Motorists are further cautioned against driving through large bodies of stagnant water or taking unnecessary risks to cross swift running streams.

Residents are urged to pay closer attention to the advisories that are being issued by the Met Office and take the necessary precautions.
